What are the delivery charges for orders with TRIFold Solar?
We have a live rates system that will automatically calculate your delivery rate for your particular address and for your order weight. We never charge more than our courier partners quote you directly on our website. 

How do you deliver? 
We only deliver using reputable South African couriers and we deliver directly to your door. Every delivery of ours comes with a linked tracking number, which you can use to view the progress of your delivery at any stage of the delivery process. We'll also regularly update you via email or SMS about the progress of your delivery. 

How long will delivery take?
It is best to allow 2-4 days for your delivery. If more than 4 days have passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us. 

I have not received my delivery, and the stated delivery time has passed?
On rare occasions or in remote areas delays can happen. If the expected delivery times are exceeded significantly, please contact us with your order number and we will try to work out what has happened with your shipment and update you accordingly. 

Will my order be insured while it's being delivered? 

We don't specifically insure any of our deliveries for in-transit losses, however should you want us to add insurance onto your delivery, we can do that at the courier's insurance rates as an additional fee on your order.
